The simulated data were provided by SimCardioTest, an international project which goal is to provide new insight into designing new predictive tools in cardiac pathologies and to accelerate the uptake of computer simulations for testing medicines and medical devices.

The tetrahedral meshes, with attached simulated data, were imported in 3D software (Houdini) and the animation was driven using electrical activation data.
